FYI - Coupon Code Policy

We’ve been meaning to make a formal post/explanation since we had our 4/20 Earth Day Promotion. We had customers place orders before we were able to finalize and post the promo graphic to socials and customers were not aware or able to take advantage of the promotion ($4.20 off all pies; no strings attached). We wanted all our customers to celebrate Earth Day, so we notified all whom had ordered without the coupon code and retroactively applied (with their consent) the coupon code.

With that being said our official policy regarding application of coupon codes is as follows:

Valid coupon codes can retroactively applied to unfulfilled (i.e. not paid & picked up) orders.

So if you have a valid coupon code that you forgot to use at the time of order OR you see a global promotion that we are running, don’t fret- just message us and we’ll apply the coupon code!
